Lessons

 

• Private lessons are offered for beginners, middle school and high school students, and adults; the length of lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

• Lesson location:  2335 Dublin Blvd. (Monday through Thursday) 

 

• Middle School and High School students are encouraged to apply for honor bands in November and participate in Solo and Ensemble in March.  (In 2018, two thirds of the All-City HS Honor Band flute sections were members of the studio and all students that participated in Solo and Ensemble received I/Superior ratings.) 

 

• Studio events include occasional workshops, the Holiday Recital & Cookie Exchange in December, and the March/Spring recital to help prepare for Solo and Ensemble. Optional programs are encouraged through out the year at retirement centers around the area. 

 

• The size of the studio ranges from 30-35 students.  Turnover from year to year is minimal, and openings are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
